    Well some people like to copy other peoples videos and not give credit to them for uploading it. You could try a site that uploads videos like megavideo or veoh and search for the same thing. Worth a try

    You could try complaining? was it a fair takedown? i think they have copys for upto a month so you can dispute (i think)
