there should be a section called 'Discount' - under this tab you can buy a few items, such as Share Bears and Roses at a discounted price.

Earlier on in the day, there was another tab underneath 'Discounts' and these were limited offers, where they'd be in the catalogue for a certain amount of time - say the Green Birdbath, Duck and Basket of Eggs were in for 15-ish seconds.

If you missed out then don't worry, at 12am they'll be one last surprise you can get hold of, so if you stay around on Habbo with your catalogue open you'll be certain to buy a good deal

Our International News feed has just received an article from the UK hotel announcing the arrival of Pigs. So i'm pretty certain this will be the suprise.

If you told me two months ago I'll have a pig running around the office I would have laughed you out of the door! But they're here. These little scamps were destined for the dining table until we struck a deal with a local farmer to rescue their cute pigtails! The adorable pigs will be the final Pets added to the Habbo Catalogue this year, joining the Polar Bear and the Terrier.

Competition: 'Save The Piglet' Advert

You've seen the adverts on Christmas reminding us 'Dogs Are For Life, Not Just For Christmas'. There they are... Sad, cold, hungry, neglected animals splashed across our screens begging us to give them a better home. How do you think these poor little piglets felt? There they were, rolling around in mud and chomping on giblets, not knowing what might happen to them!
Habbo Hotel were here to save those piglets but there are plenty more that need loving homes. We want YOU to create a video advertisement (to be uploaded on Youtube or Facebook), urging Habbos to adopt these pet piglets. The videos which touch our heart the most, that bring tears to our eyes, and encourage us to save a whole farm of piglets will

The Prize

Our favourite videos will win a brand new Piglet Badge for the ONE person that sent us it. If you make a video with your friends, only you and a maximum of THREE friends will receive the special Badge.

To Enter
Once you have recorded your creative movie/'Save The Piglet' Habbo advert, you need to prepare it correctly. The movie MUST meet the following simple criteria:

- be no longer than 3 minutes (bear in mind adverts should be quite short, and appealing!).
- be uploaded to Youtube or Facebook in the regular size (NOT widescreen)
- have your Habbo name in the description (so we know who to award the prize to. Also add a maximum of THREE friends names if they helped.)

Send your Youtube links to [email protected] with the subject 'Save The Piglet Advert' by 5pm on Sunday 27th December. If you've used Facebook, click on the link at the bottom of this article and submit the link to your video there.
