Jessica Hynes will play a character called Verity Newman at a book signing for a book called A Journal of Impossible Things. Jessica Hynes also played Joan Redfern who was the nurse in Human Nature and The Family of Blood. This book looks like it's the journal John Smith wrote his dreams in in these episodes.
