    Default Shareing Between Two Computers

    Is there any site or program where i can look through the other computers in my house and get things of them like pictures,songs,games,program,movies etc without the need for wires ???

    Windows:

    a) Use HomeGroups with Win7
    b) Use Folder Sharing for pre Win7

    Mac:
    No idea

    can i use it if one is win7 and one is xp

    edit; ok i see my other computer but it says i need username and password when i dont have one on my other computer?

    You need to go into the control panel and disable passworded sharing on both machines

    You should be able to. It would be easier to access the Windows 7 machine from the XP machine I think though as Windows 7 has more sharing options and features, along with being easier to manage.

    It is entirely possible to share between Windows 7 and Windows XP, very easily.

    If there's any computers that DON'T have Win 7, just use standard folder sharing.
