Although i know its probably hated in the UK thanks to top gear or because its a crap company, the (Vauxhall) Vectra is pretty good. I drive it, i like how it isn't a big car and not a small car.

Nice! I do love a nice euro'd VW!
I'm into the old Beetle's too, the whole low and slow look. Love it.

Don't, whatever you do, get that Mondeo. All of them have a broken back bumper, they're horrible to park and drive! Start off with something small, like a Fiesta, Corsa, Saxo etc. I'd suggest something that isn't too old, as you can get pretty good deals. For example, an '03 Fiesta for less than £2,000 (last I checked). Not too flashy, but not cheap as chips

Oh, and I got a 5-door Fiesta mk5 with a 1.4 petrol engine. Very nippy, nice space and good on petrol. It was £4,500 when I got it (years ago mind you), so it will be alot less now. It's worth thinking about, all the cars in that era ('03 Corsas etc) are pretty good, not hard to fix and come with some pretty good things inside.

With a bodykit, or somewhere between the Audi TT and the car? Or maybe neither, and it's hiding somewhere in the boot?
