For one its not 'Giga Drill Break', it certainly isn't 'Gurren Lagarn' and Simon's name in English would be Simon not Seemoan! Also, it's 'who the hell do you think I am!?' not 'who in the hell do you think I am!?', and Beez seem to forget that the series has Tengen Toppa in the title. Nevertheless, the limited edition sets they released over here were really good, albeit extremely overpriced.

I know now one has but the dvds im guessing sold well so they will probably release them at some point.

I only really own GL from Beez. i do have Outlaw star from bandai but thats a diffrent part of the company im guessing. And i didnt really watch the dub dont really care for them, dub is just a bonus for me id be happy with sub only.

And yes there are a few minor nick picks but i deal with them only when stuff like disc 3 dosent display the subs or random £$%^&*() annoys me.

I do remember reading something about the whole break/breaker thing and it was down to the way the japanese say break ah or some crap like that no idea of thats true or not but they do say words diffrently.

If they lowered the right then they might sell well.

I have Diebuster from Beez and it has the same problems as Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Theres the most epic move ever called the 'Buster Beam Slice' but the Beez subs call it the 'Buster Beam Slash'. I wouldn't mind, but the character is speaking in ENGLISH and clearly says slice. How can you make that kind of mistake!? Not forgetting to mention Diebuster is overpriced as well. I paid £20 for my DVD and the series is only six episodes long, comes with no dub and very few extras.

Also, I'm not expert on the Japanese language but I'm sure the Japanese would prenounce 'break' ad 'breaku' in a conversation. Kamina clearly says 'BREAKEEEEERRRRRAAAAAAHHHHHH'. It's even more apparent the characters are saying 'breaker' when Kittan says it in episode twenty five. It's just like to whole slice/slash issue above. Beez make some silly mistakes.

nope Beez. was Solid state society OST. and i havent bought anything from MANGA. only Afro samurai blu ray which was months ago. I may buy naruto shippuuden from them just to go with my Naruto dvds.

Screwed if MANGA got OP. because id want to support OP in the UK. but even they did get it now to late. on my 9th dvd of the series so they would be behind D:

Tho i think its Manga who has Eva 1.0? because if want to get it on blu ray and Funi block there blu rays so bleh >.< would have no choice but to buy MANGA's copy.

Manga own the license for all Ghost in the Shell series and movies though. How stupid is it that other licensors own just the soundtrack. Unless you bought it from overseas?

Yes, Manga have Evangelion 1.0 but I think they are only distributing it for Funimation. I'm not sure if Manga have actually licensed it in the UK. Also, we've had this conversation many times before but Manga Entertainment are really not that bad. You should try picking up some of Satoshi Kon's film; they did a great job with all of those.

Satoshi Kon's works from best to least best

    - Millennium Actress
    - Tokyo Godfathers
    - Paranoia Agent
    - Paprika
    - Perfect Blue

Also, thats such a lie. Importing always costs more in the long run. It's easy to get a bargin here in the UK.

depends on the series. Black cat dvds where £20 a piece and there was 8? and i got the US boxset for £22.

I also prefer how Funi do there cases with the thin packs and not just crappy plastic cases like MANGA.

And quality issues aswell only one i can say is Death note dvds.

Also UK dosen't even have dragonball =/
