That doesn't necessarily mean anything. I didn't start shaving until I was about 16 and until I joined the army only did it like once or twice a week max.

It means that you havn't gone through puberty. Might be going through, but havn't gone through.

I don't have a beard as such.. It grows but slowly.. And yes I have gone through puberty lol. My dads doesn't grow quickly either :s
