I read up to page 9 and got bored. I comment as follows:

Agreed and Jake I'm almost nearly certain you said "It will fail" and yes I do think he's destroying fansites. If jin could give himself furni on habbo surely carnio and skaterchu would complain as its unfair competition.


Oh and I beg to differ, the site isn't popular because "users want to participate in threads" its popular because habbo staff own it.

The only reason the website HabboForum.net even has members at the moment is because a Habbo Staff owns it. People can say what they want, but that is the fact. If I had created the site, it would lack staff or members.

See it like Manchester City It's a forum that is able to attract the best people that have been related with fansites over the last few years. Like Manchester City can get all the best players. However, it's not bigger than the biggest clubs United/Madrid/Barca but it has plans to compete healthily. City have taken players from the bigger clubs to try and make their club better - HabboForum is doing the same.

With regards to VIP, I agree it should be given back to fansites but that's way over his head and came straight from Sulake rather than Habbo UK HQ staff.

It attracts people because a Habbo Staff owns it. Are yous seriously telling me if a normal Habbo was to start a site now, you would join it now as staff? No.

The site is a disgrace. Ludus seems annoying. I agree when he does competitions etc, but actually making his own fansite and advertising it on Habbo is inexcusable. It gives an unfair advantage to all other fansites who have actually dedicated a lot of time and money to get their fansites to the stage it is now. Then a Habbo staff comes along, makes a fansite for the site he works for, advertises it on Habbo and gets members. This isn't helping the fansite community, its simply destroying it.

What Ludus is effectively doing is ensuring that the people who have made fansites for the site he works for are annoyed. The people who have dedicated their time in promoting Habbo are annoyed.

He is taking it too far and seems to have become with this e-fame.

I am a member of many unofficial sites. HabboxForum, ClubHabbo Forum, HFFM Forum, I was a member before Hababble became official too. None of those are official and have staff member an an owner. I use it because I enjoy it. When I was saw using it and was active, I was offered a role. The fact ludus is there makes no difference to me. I'm there because other wicked people and it suits me. Much more laid back which I like.
