I very rarely exercise, I wish I could bring myself to more often but I just hate it so much! Also the fact that I'm quite thin deludes me that I don't need to exercise.
This summer I'm planning on doing some

well i do about 2 hours on saturday of football, occasionally the same on sunday too. but i just don't really have the time, what with work and the like. i do a paper round in the morning on a bike which helps and my diets quite low calorie, so if anything i've been loosing weight. it's also about a 30-35 min walk to school (quite brisk but unintentionally, its just how i walk) so i guess that helps too, and i do 150 situps a night.

The only exercise i do is going town every other monday and walking to the kitchen. I cant put on weight to save my life so i cant be bothered with exercise, And i am well built enough as i used to go to the gym literally everyday. Just dont gain weight so dont see the point anymore

    that's what i thought
but exercise is much more than losing weight. you'll only really lose weight if you have a strict diet (that's why i can't get rid of my belly fat) and exercise regime. i haven't lost any weight since i started doing it regularly last year.
it gives you more energy, sweats out all the toxins, decreases risk of heart disease etc. read the first bulletpoints : http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/focus/nut...t/exercise.htm that should be enough. not gonna preach at you all cause i thought so too but just saying

Yeah thats why i've started up.

I'm not fat, not skinny. Just know that i'm unfit due to around 2 years of doing nothing.

I can see the differences now nevermind feel them. All i've done is cut out the junk in my diet, drink just water, and exercise more.

As little as possible tbh. Just an hour in PE every week haha. Surprisingly I'm quite fit for someone who doesn't exercise, we do fitness tests in Pe, but that'll probably change if I don't start exercising. I'm also one of those people that kid themselves that they don't need to exercise because I'm skinny, but I know I should. I don't have time for it either really.

Since becoming a full time baker I only work out once a week regularly. But during this time i run pretty much non-stop for one hour. I work up a major sweat.

The only reason I exercise so little is because after you have been awake all morning you really don't feel like coming home and doing exercise, your body is physically exhausted. And I also sweat out all the bad things at work. It helps when you work infront of six 250 degree Celsius ovens
