    True although i read somewhere its proven that alot of milk can increase acne although everyone is different. Also you can drink your milk and youll be fine just dont drink as much as you've said you have been switch it up and have water, or some juice.

    Yeah I go through phases really. At one point I was drinking nothing but pure orange juice but now I can't stand the stuff. I don't think I drink milk as much as I used to, I just have it in my cereal and sometimes with food. I'm trying to drink flavoured water as much as possible now because I loved it and I definitely don't drink enough water.

    After some research i have found the milk from my fridge which we always get is semi-skimmed.

    Thoughts?

    If you have acne or achne or however its spelt, Drinking milk excessively can dramatically increase your acne.
    Learned that off embarrasing illness's too cool? (h)
