    So i followed you guys' help and i bought lots of flavoured water from tesco, asda, morrisons to see which one was the best...



    Hehe. Gonna take a while to drink all this.

    Personally, I think drinking milk is ok, just don't go nuts on it.. any bad side affects seem to centre around the fat content in it.

    Yeah, i dont wanna get fat, just like you!

    But i might stick to drinking flavoured water all day, then a hot glass of milk at night to help me sleep

    I went on GOMAD last year,

    gallon of milk a day diet.. gained lots of lean muscle but it's high in calories.

    Aslong as you have a high metabolism then it shouldn't really harm you,
    although there are harmful effects from having too much vitamin B in your diet.

    And depends on how well your body copes with the lactose

    Hmm i am not sure if my body is good with lactose, i'm not intolerant for sure.
