I think a lot of you (bar oli) forget nvrspk4 has done more for this site than anybody else. He's put the most hours in and he should be able to have this role open for him until he decides. It's not like Habbox is struggling without him. Nothing will change if Sammeth. is made the permanent GM because he basically is anyway ~ as far as I'm aware he makes changes without consulting Nvr anyway and rightly so. I believe it's fine as it is. You just can not fire nvrspk4, it's as ludicrous as firing the Queen because she doesn't do anything!

That's a ridiculous analogy for the simple reason the Queen actually does do something.

If Habbox love him so much, give him an honorary "we love nvrspk4" role.

Hence the exclamation mark and '' face, I thought it was pretty obvious it wasn't a genuine comparison :rolleyes: I did originally put an even worse analogy. Also, if people realised that he'd done more for fansites than any other individual on the whole of Habbo then this thread wouldn't have been made and supported by those who don't regularly use Habbox or haven't been signed up for many years.

That's not even mentioning the fact it will make absolutely no difference to the running of Habbox. It's still the biggest fansite and will be for a while ~ it's hardly going to stop functioning because one person is pondering their role.

Pondering their role? surely if they need to ponder such a high position they don't have the dedication needed to carry on. I've been here a fair while and nvr did do alot in the past, but this is just my opinion but he seemed to get a bit snotty in after being in his position for such a while and tbh, having new people circulating the higher positions every few years is what made habbox a fresh environment to be in. But thats probably just me. x

Yeah, I know what you mean and I'm not a fan of his or his 'reign' as GM but I don't think you can just remove his permissions and make a "nvrspk4 is no longer habbox staff" thread. It's just not right. I don't really get it either. We have a new GM - why are people so desperate to see him removed?

Removing his permissions wont harm anyone. He isnt doing anything at the moment. Sammeth is.

He will still have Staff permissions like most (if not all) ex-GM's.

I think that's basically what he has anyway. Pretty sure Jin has said he won't be returning to full capacity.

Well that would be harsh but i doubt it would have that wording. The way I see it is that hes staff and hes been absent and like any other staff should have permissions removed and treated like anyone else.
