Its been months.

Give nvr AGM, give Sam GM and then let nvr take back the role of GM and Sam have the role of AGM again when he returns fully.

I think once you give someone GM, its unfair to demote them just because the other person wants it back after so many months. Its better to just show him as resgined.

Agree. It's not up to is in the end. It's a matter for Jin, Sierk and Nvr. It's not as if nobody is in post.

I think he would be very hurt to read your post, Gomme. He was one of the, longest serving, reliable, most dedicated and hardworking members of staff ever and it's not as if he is absent without leave so to speak. I am sure Jin and Sierk will make a decision when they feel the time is right. Meanwhile the only difference is the word 'acting'. Sam has all the powers he needs to do the job.

Blunt and to the point dear, I'm good at that I like nvr, he's been one of the most useful GMs who didn't go power mad or make a sort of government where a hierarchy appears and with all that power decided he might as well take the blame and do everything. He had a sense of community of him, which is good. But seeing as he is no longer acting GM, it seems it would be worthwhile to just remove him, seeing as Jin apparently says he won't be back in the same way (someone mentioned it, so not sure whether this is true or not). If he's not coming back, put Ex-GM until they find a better usertitle for him. It's better than making him out as a GM on leave when he doesn't appaear to be GM anymore.

Agree if he is definitely not coming back I agree something like Ex-gm or Former-GM would be very suitable. Also if he is not it would be nice at least to pay tributes to him.

Only temp though, for when and if he is still active, but not active enough to do any major duties. Keeping it as a title for the long-term isn't wise, it would be like when 8Freak8 had a title for no reason
