Personal opinion is a very small factor in making management decisions on the forum as it effects such a vast amount of users, therefore it's healthy for us to understand exactly what an idea would emcompass before shrugging it off entirely.

If an idea is plausible we will investigate all avenues, which is one reason why things take a little while to get done, as we like to know we are making the right decision. Around 600 people use Habbox each day, one bad decision by us could make a large proportion of those people unhappy.

Yeah I don't think so either. Nobody is going to trust a regular member to do it - they may as well just trust the person they're trading with

If you mean rep amounts, rep / post count mean nothing. But if you ment overall rep as a trader then yes it doenst mean alot.

Hex if you wanna do a trade and you have to go first PM me telling me who it is and i can tell you if I believe they are safe or not because i've traded quite a few people in the RS section and have seen people accuse others so i generally know who is safe and who isnt

It's been discussed within Management and we have decided that this idea will not go ahead.

If users would like to run a middle man scheme within their group then that is their choice but Habbox Forum will not be affiliated with such schemes.

This is because the moment we involve ourselves is the moment we become responsible.

Runescape trading has always been seperate (as with Habbo trading) and we do not wish to get involved now.

Trades between RS and Habbo are done at the users own risk and we do not believe a 'Middle Man' scheme will reduce this risk by much at all.
