    Default External Hard Drives

Hey all, I was wondering what a good external hard drive space for money?

I didnt expect to use up 1.5T of HHD in 4 months tbh.

I also wondered if there is a better option such as server space or w.e? I don't excalty want external hard drives stacking up on one another. Any suggestions?

I got a 500GB one (I think, can't remember for sure) for £60 but then my mate got one, same memory I think but he found one which was much smaller and only required a USB cable (where as mine also requires a mains cable which is annoying, especially when I now know it isn't necessary). Just look around and ask anyone you know who may already have one, is all I can say.

Well if you have room inside your PC and the SATA sockets free on your motherboard along with relevant power connectors/adapters then just buy internal drives?

I don't know of any possible solutions other than a stack of externals or extra internals I'm not sure what the highest capacity is that you can possibly get in an external, is it 1TB? Would be awesome if you could get wireless ones though (actually I'd be surprised if you couldn't already)

Just buy the Maxtor 1TB externals, I think you can pick them up for about £80.

May I be cheeky enough to ask what on earth you are downloading to fill up 1.5tb of space in 4 months? got to be BluRays or something...?
