Rare Values have a far greater potential pull than the Help Desk does and ever has had, just because we [Habbox] have a Help Desk already for general help doesnt mean that no other department can run its own desk/room/event which it finds helps it, especially as Rare Values are considered the main pull for Habbox. The desk, if successful like it has been in the past - can work and has worked before. We want to make it work again hence why we're giving it one more shot.
