    Staff take different turns to peace in there, with a smaller department we managed back in 2006 and 2007 and it was ontop of the Trading Charts from morning until early morning, I remember logging on and it was already either red or dark red even when no staff were on as in school time. We have a bigger department now so it is easily possible provided all staff get behind it (me included).

    We have plenty of time to do all; I update the values, talk to traders, talk on MSN, look at American values, look myself in trade rooms, read reporters reports and have in the past done all that along with being in the desk to answer questions/give advice.

    When I was Community AGM, which Rare Values falls under, I was always quite reluctant to allow a Rare Values Desk, and there was only one for the latter parts of my time after I finally caved in. Maybe its time to say enoughs enough when its not doing what its supposed to do. When something clearly isn't working, its probably time to start focusing on the main purpose of the department more, which is to gather rare values. Its a nice little addition but if its serving no purpose (which it currently isn't) then I don't think we should be rushing around trying to make it work.

    We haven't tried it properly though, thats the thing. Its our fault as a department and more especially, as management. The main purpose it to gather values yeah, but its so helpful to people where they can get advice and actually learn to trust Habbox, rather than following the usual rumours that we are all just rich Habbos who change the values behind the scenes to whatever we wish them to be, to benefit ourselves. It does put trust back into the department and everything needs some effort to make it work, HxHD included needs effort everyday. Elle is redesigning the desk and hopefully it will work this time around like it did in 2006/2007.

    I always go for rare advice and stuff and not one person has been there so yeah. :/
