just looked on www.callofduty.wikia.com, according to them:

Warming Up: Just getting started PLUS the warming up accolade is for getting no other accolades in a private match, so you have to play a full length match in a private match and get no other accolades while doing it

i saw someone get it in a real game but you get an accolade for almost everything :s

ye but if you kill someone from behind or with anything else theres an accolade for it uve just gotta rely on the rest of the team to do everything uve done but more than u
