Rock crabs

for training many people say rock crabs are very good but i don't think they are. so does anyone have any ideas what i can train on, i need to get 90 str and 50 att. so any ideas would be useful.

rock crabs are one of the best for xp. maybe experiments at a higher level. you dont seem to know much about the game so i suggest listening to the people who told you rock crabs.

but only 'til you get the dungeon, not actually complete it. they're packed all the time as well.

Do it with slayer and youll just get high slayer for good drops etc, Youll make alot from trainign combat with slayer aswell.

Maybe your checking your xp to often, or going by exaggerated xp rates that alot of people claim to get.

Rock crabs are the best place for pures to train, PC, soul wars, yaks, experiments, and giant spiders are good aswell.

well i'm at the rock crabs now but it empty and thats good, its when it gets packed that you can do anything.
ohh and slayer task i cant do they like weaken your str level :@ lol
i'm thinking if i will ever be able
i might have to mage or ranged them and bring good food
