I need someone that knows how to change div backgrounds and content on clicking a link. The page is coded in html and CSS just need someone to add this feature in.

I'm not sure EXACTLY how to do it, but my best guess is that the link would have to be connected to a new style sheet. Not sure if that's possible, that just makes sense to me.

There's probably easier ways to do it, but not using CSS and HTML

Anyways, if I were you, I would look into finding a way that, when a user clicks a link, it changes the style sheet that the page uses.
