DONT DO CRUNCHES. They only work the upper portion of your abs and ultimately do nothing for you. I reccomend working the lower and middle abs. Lay on the ground, tilting your upper body up, and lift your legs from the ground. Pull one in towards your bod while extending the other, and repeat. Do this, keep hydrated, don't eat sweets. Work on your side obliques as well by twisting your upper body back and forth. Works really well.
