Might buy some for a laugh, does that mean 12 year olds can buy them?

That's a good question, as they don't really wanna hand them out but anyway it's kinda funny. Now sex ed can be practical AND safeIn a sense it encourages ppls imo as my irregular small penis is now ready to go get it on LOL jokes. But there probably would be a few people in my school who will be like, oh they have condoms now lets go get some sexual intercourse of such. Then again they'd do it with their teddy bear anyway so unless they have STDs I'm sure it's not needed.

Well actually, condom size is based on the thickest part, so small would mean you're thin, not long
@special btw
I would doubt if they would be available on the shelves if marketed for 12/14 year olds but if they were supplied to family planning clinics then it would be a good idea.Source: Daily Mail
The legal age for sex is 16, yet you can buy condoms for boys 'age 12'.
Excellent idea.
to be fair the chavs that will have sex at 12 don't give a **** what they're buying so yeah once they're out there it's just something else for the government to say "we have done all we can so we wash our hands of it".
