Management, Admin + Dept Managers have the same just recoloured images and super mods and moderators have the same images.
Going on what Martin did, something a bit more like this? I know its not clear but neither are my eyes at this time of the morning lol.

Can you make it so, even though I have VIP, I also have the dept.manager title. It looks silly with one or two having it, the rest having vip and no userbar
