You can do the ab workouts as much as you want, but you still wont get any abs showing unless you lose the fat.
That means doing cardio and improving your diet.
Seriously though you should get down to a gym.
Why cant you use weights for your back, chest and arms & legs?
It will make you look more proportioned and not just a skinny ****!!
