    Default Vista Personalize Wont Load

Ok so when i go to the Personlize in Vista so I can change my desktop it says that The Page failed to load... Because my computer came from HP they didn't provide a Genuine Vista Disc for the recovery so I basically want to know how to fix this...
P.S. I have Dreamscene installed on the computer.

Sounds like a malware or spyware issue.

Your computer should have a recovery partition, you can boot into that and it will reformat your hard drive and reinstall windows for you.
