    Default Internet Disconnecting.

Everytime there is some bad weather outside my internet is random and disconnects between 10-30 minutes. The weather outside now is alright but it is still disconnecting

Those problems are up to BT to fix (if you're on using a telephone modem thingy) because they own all the cables apart from cable which virgin media owns, which is what you pay line rental for.

Yea, you gotta' be careful though. If you call them out and the problem is at your end (your router, cables in your house etc) then they'll make you pay for the call out and fix. However if the problem is there end (cables to your house) then it'll be free.
