apparently, the spinning 10th prestige emblem is able to get ligitimately.
there are all sorts of rumours and speculations as of how to get it, but i was just wondering if anybody has any ideas on how to get it?

so your saying the other 40000 or so people who have them done have done it wrong? My mates have them all and no emblem

It's probably something like collecting all the titles/emblems and reaching Level 70 10th Prestige

thats what i got told and you have to do it before you get to 10th prestige, just saying :| jeez.

well im 10th prestige level 70, with ALL challenges completed.
1100% complete online, and i have no spinning 10th emblem.
apparently its a hidden challenge, but nobody knows for sure yet!
