-.- they should at least tell us what theyre doing and give us an estimated time of return... not just 'we'll be back soon' and news from 4 days ago

No it won't, that is why they are doing this now. Rather than take it down for a whole day, a few hours over several days makes it easier.

they are copying date onto the one hotel (furni, rooms, etc)

Well as announced yesterday TODAY they are merging the databases.
And lets face it... thats not going to be an easy task

You will notice all English hotels are down. They will all be up at EXACTLY the same time.

Was all in the news post.

It'll be back at a time all hotels can precisly turn back on
Probably smack on 12 would be the best time.
