Basically, he is trying to get information to hack.
Then when he eventually hacks, he plays bets on the person he has hacks account hense hacking.
He then doesn't give the prizes if they win, hense scamming.

Sorry but where does he say he is goign around hacking people? He doesnt. He simply says DEZ has been hacked and now the hacker is taking bets on DEZs account. All he's doing is warning you not to bet him....
