It's for the UK General Election which is a big thing happening in the country. That is why Google UK has that logo!

Google has been testing this every so often, some days its been on, some days its been normal again. There's also a new way of viewing results.

Its not even days, I've refreshed results and its switched back to the old one. Really strange, nowhere on the internet seems to have documented it
