No. I specifically remember him saying "We've looked into it and we think EMA is a good thing!" when asked in a college a few months back.

I highly doubt he will say to students he wants to scrap EMA.

I don't agree with you but yes lets see what happens. I can't see it lasting for long though as realistically they are poles apart but they haven't done anything wrong yet!
