OMG - get this! I kept sending them a generic response, something a long the lines of:

My issue is not resolved. The FAQ does not answer my question. I never get a response from the Help Tool. Please can you look into the ban on "Nixt". It is unfair

or something. Anyway, I sent that and now I am getting replies such as the following:
