Have you tried doing a CFH on your clone account, telling them you have an unfair ban etc. Just keep nagging them. They'll get sick of you soon and review it .

I did it for a whole day and it didn't work! I'll keep trying, though.

I sent a couple of calls for help this evening. At first the Moderator just said use player support, but when I stressed I never got a reply the Moderator sent back saying "I will remind player support to look into your case". This Moderator, throughout their replies, was much more polite and friendly and actually helped me which is a lot better. Hopefully when they say they will do that, they actually will. Dunno how likely it is but hey it's a start.

I am pretty sure I got the right number. It said to leave a message - went straight through to that answer phone.
