Default This whole, banning of England Football shirts.

Is it a load of bull? And if not. Wear them anyway. Will they really arrest or fine people for wearing their Nations flag, in their own Nation?

What makes me laugh with all the Facebook groups opposing it, "headscarfs and burkhas should also be banned in pubs then" - Muslims don't drink so chances are you won't find them in pubs?

Basically, some police in london suggested to a few pubs perhaps they could ban all football shirts to stop violence etc. They said they won't be banning football shirts and there is no laws banning them. So no, they will not be banned, it's simply been blown out of proportion by people on Facebook (Along with things like Facebook charging people from July and David Cameron getting rid of EMA).

I was going to say ya'know. Seems one person on facebook makes a status, and everyone follows. Such a shame. I did have doubts about this, its form of our human rights.

And people that believe that charging thing and EMA are purely stupid.

But thank you very much for your reply.

What do you mean? I was asking questions. The root of the question? About half of the English population on Facebook.

Sorry, I thought you were quoting a newspaper article. It would be rediculous for arresting people just for wearing the shirt. How on earth would that happen? :S

Yeah I understand what you mean. They'll have one headline which will be shon upon and given so much news coverage such as: "ENGLAND SHIRTS BANNED IN PUBS." Then in the article they'll actually interview someone, he'll explain, and in a way, they'll prove themselves wrong.

I have no idea. Blown out of preportion by patriotic alcoholics scrounging on job-seekers who sit on their facebook profile all day. That's most probably how.
