There's gonna be a new head dj I think. I think it's a good idea and Gemma deserves it.

No real need for it imo, it's like the same as the forum one, if there's a really good SMOD, they're not going to be turnt into asst. dept manager?

The Head DJ role is non-existent no more. The role was pretty much the same as the Manager/Assistant Manager apart from the few things, since it is one of the largest departments at Habbox it was best to make Gemma the second Assistant and scrap the role of Head DJ. Gemma is also international which would be a benefit for when all of the English speaking hotels merge together and the two main UK Managers are offline. Not only that Gemma works hard and deserves the role.
Well if the Forum Manager wishes to have an Assistant, it is normally one of the Super Moderators anyway. Although its not the same department, they are quite different.![]()

I think it's highly beneficial considering Gems,x is from Australia and can manage whilst Jess and Scott are in bed - it must have been quite a task for them to ensure that the radio is running well during these times - especially as from what I've seen they want to be making the radio a lot more active through the night to aid our international members.

HabboxLive is a massive department. In the summer months it will consist of up to 50 members of staff. This is very difficult for two members of staff to manage. In fact, it has always been difficult for two members of staff to manage. Therefore the role of Head DJ existed to provide management support. At the end of the day it seems only fair that someone who is conducting a managerial role is given the official managerial position which allows them to execute their job properly. This is particularly beneficial given the fact that Gems is from an international background and, with the coming merge, catering for international users is extra important.
That extra layer of management in the department just confuses things, this makes much more sense overall.
The comparison to Super Moderator is null. Their position is nothing like that of Head DJ in comparison?

oh nd about having 50 djs, is terrible imo too, what happens after summer if no1 resigns? nd i can only imagine how hard it is to get a slot now, when I worked there and there was like 30 djs it was hard enough getting slots.
but yh so is there gonna be 2 ass managers for other departments?

2 Assistants will only be considered for departments that reach a considerable size and require it. There is no need for any other department to have two assistants at this point in time.
