Whats the difference between Senior DJs and Management? Its exactly like the Head DJ role isn't it? And it'd make more sense if you listed Gems as the International Radio Manager. Overall, I think its an alright idea but I think Senior DJs should also be scrapped as its exactly like the Head DJ role.

the example directly relates... if you have an international one then make them afm and they can do the work that oli can't whilst he's in bed.

I remember news once had 2 asst. managers in 2007, so wouldn't have been unheard of lol.

But I actually thought Head DJs was just management anyway without the extra forums and a slight bit less of perms. So I'm happy to see such a large hierarchy scrapped.

This is what came to my head when I asked what the Head DJ roles were. Which is why this was decision made to make her the second Assistant Manager, nothing has "major" changed really!

the community don't take much looking after, I can imagine 50 HxL staff do

Oli doesn't need an AFM and the international argument is quite irrelevant in a sense. The forum doesn't require an international AFM because in fairness (right now) the forum is quieter in evenings and the majority of the role can be performed at whatever time . The FM doesn't do any moderation. HabboxLive, on the other hand, has a large amount of international DJs and is attempting to run at full capacity in terms of DJing 24 hours a day.

But let's be clear, this wasn't the only reason she was promoted. She deserved the position and the position of Head DJ was pretty much management anyway.

The senior DJ role is different to the Head DJ one, the Head DJ one was more like a manager role whereas the Senior DJs are there to help out DJs and offer support whilst reporting any rulebreaks on the radio and complaints. Management are then the ones that deal with the rulebreaks and stuff, Seniors don't do that.

The idea of trying to run it 24 hours a day isn't a good idea... have you seen the listening stats so far? HxL used to be up in the 100s, now rarely does it hit the 100s. I mean there's 84 now, which is during half term time so imagine what it will be like non term time, about 30, so there's no need for it to run 24 hours a day and the international Habbo will be doing the same as you are just now, they will be gearing their sites up ready to try and grab some UK listeners and stuff, do you get my flow?
