    Exclamation Infraction clearance?

I remember a year or two ago there was a clearance of infractions so everyone had the chance to start afresh. Could this be done again? I've got an old and somewhat false infraction sitting on my account from a long time ago which never should have been there in the first place.

Now would be a good time to do this along with all the other changes to the usersystem which have been happening recently.

    Thanks!

Yeah, surprised this hasn't happened with all new management changes. I thought they would have wanted a new start and to mark their stamp on Habbox with a positive change that will affect a lot of users. I think they should get rid of old usernotes too, regardless of what moderators say about not using old ones. They still take into account the overall amount and use it against you.

Also just a quick opinionated question towards the management on the similar topic and other members who may wish to express their opinions:

Do you think it is fair to receive an infraction for reporting someone for an illegal activity (in this case a scam) where you were affected and even at the time had strong evidence to prove it. I can understand receiving one for accusing someone of illegal activities publicly on the forum and with no evidence but when privately reporting an incident to a moderator and then receiving an infraction for that in return is outrageous.

Are you generally asking or did you get an infraction for that? If so, that is ridiculous.

The infraction you are talking about was issued in 2008 - we moderate completely differently now to in 2008. The infraction you have on your account means pretty much nothing - it is very old!

We are likely to conduct an infractions clear out and it has popped up several times however we have a couple of things planned that we'd like to execute before doing this.

May I also highlight that any clear out would be of expired infractions only.

Yup. The moderator who I won't name and is still a staff member today didn't even investigate it, and since another member of a lower level staff was involved I was accused of accusing someone falsely, which in my opinion is very corrupt.

Example: If a police officer breaks the law and then its reported to the high court or something and then they decide that because they are a police officer they are automatically right and the person who reports it ends up being punished instead without an investigation whatsoever.

Edit: I do realise that the infraction is expired but i'm still not happy with how it was handled and that the moderator responsible is still a member of staff.

You are talking about a warning from 2008? If this is on your account. :S

Edit: Even so, the staff member is no longer part of the Moderation department. I'm hardly going to investigate something what happened in 2008 because they are still staff!
