Depends how you see time and the reletivity of it, but that varies amoungst people.
May not make their legitimate work null and void but what was always null and void is still left behind.

If the last clear-out was only a year ago I don't see the point of another one so soon - kinda makes infractions pointless if the suggestion is that it's likely for them [expired ones] to just be wiped off at any time. But can't complain lol
Two years ago since it seems it was obviously before the warning I received.

As I've said, the infraction means nothing and holds nothing against your account at this moment in time, we have said an expired infractions clearout will be happening in the next few months following several other major changes/events

Reversed infractions get deleted upon reversal, as of January 2010

Just do it after 24-07-2010 06:51 PM and I'm sound.

Also will the Infractions: 2/0 (0) thing disappear off my posts or will it just go to Infractions: 0/0 (0) ?

When your infractions expire it will disappear, your infractions won't be removed if they are live.

Clearing usernotes would be more difficult logistically as there isn't really a usernote management system, usernotes tend to document the whole history of an account and can be quite useful to have in full. I wouldn't want to see a usernote clearout.
