Clearing usernotes would be more difficult logistically as there isn't really a usernote management system, usernotes tend to document the whole history of an account and can be quite useful to have in full. I wouldn't want to see a usernote clearout.

The reason you are close to a perm has nothing to do with your usernotes, if you'd like to know why you can speak to me - although I've told you before.

It was done in 2006 when they changed from usernote system to infraction system, but then all they simply did was "turn off" usernotes as it were.

I am sure every user note has been wiped once since 2008.
