New Idea For The Radio Team!

Erm you kno how when you do the trials for habbox you take the clip and look at the details, blah blah blah and then choose who you want. well i applied for hffm a while back and i think you should do the same system, they accept a bunch of new trialist then put them on a diff radio to the habbox site where only the manager and ass-managers can listen and then they judge by their performing talents and not just one 60 second clip on its own

Anyway, I think it's a good idea, let the DJs do a like 30 minute show and the managers send shoutouts etc.

Trials in every department last two weeks. This gives us an informed view of how the individual performs. I don't see any real problem with this.

i like this, so instead of a 60sec attachment on your app, you do your own 1 hour show on a private radio. good idea!

thanks for the replies but Garion, what i mean is they look at the apps see if you HAVE potential and not just judge you on the clip then you are given a 15 minuete show on a diff radio and they judge you more on that coz to be honest making dj's of a 60 second clip cnt be tht good.....

It is a good idea that has been tried out in the past (back when I was management) and then never tried again. The reason being? Time.

It can take a long time to read all applications and then listen to the 60 second clip (50 applications = 2 minutes roughly per application). Now if this were to be replaced by allowing the applicant to have 15 minutes of air time then the number taken to do each application is heavily multiplied. Another reason it does not really work is the fact that applicants may not suit the time that has been allocated to them (learned this from HxHD also).

It is a good idea if it is only small amount of applications and not the large amount that the Radio always seems to get
