I just don't think Lennon is world class.

And Walcott is better than Lennon and world class?

Probably but he's far from on form with his injury and all. Trust me, I'm very excited to see how Johnson performs.

I still reckon Capello would play with a big fella up top. Rooney would still probably be our best player anyway.

Well he's coming into the WC without any injuries and fresh so I'd say he's on form now. I don't see Johnson playing a lot this WC but at the Euros he will I think.

But he hasn't been playing, and when he has, it has been unspectacular. Again, Capello, said he only picks players who play regularly for their club, Cole hasn't done that. He's not a starter at least.

Neither has SWP though. By that judgement, Walcott should be at the WC.

Squad numbers confirmed on FA website ...

So the starting 11 will be:

    James

    Johnson --- Terry --- Ferdiand --- A.Cole

    Lennon --- Gerrard --- Lampard --- J.Cole

    Rooney --- Crouch

Maybe not in those positions but they have the numbers 1-11 shirts ...
