I'd look at the terms and conditions though. They tale 5% off for general wear and tear![]()

URGH. This is why our government should scrap EMA or ask for receipts and things to check what it is being spent on -_-.Originally Posted by StefanWolves
I've already worked out that when I get my EMA bonus in July I will have £450. And if the US prices are anything to go by I will only need £50 more.
Can get £300 for my Mophie Juice Pack Air (£70 RRP never been used) and iPhone 3GS with Apple dock (worth about £10) on Ebay.

I don't know if its already been posted in another thread but:

Also the fact that gizmodo paid $5000 to have a look at it!

Not because of that. Because people abuse the system where as myself and him probably work harder then some of the people who get EMA. So we should get treated for the hard work! (Not saying anyone on this forum is abusing the system or doesn't work hard)
I agree with this and I am saying that that person does abuse the system and probably doesn't work hard
say it as it is homie
UGH. It's not my problem that MY FAMILY are not AS RICH as YOURS.
Do not get me started on the whole EMA argument.
EDIT: above, wow I don't work hard? I'm getting As and ** in my A levels. My mother and father were made redundant when I was in year 11. So yes I think I am entitled to my £30 EMA, I earn it, thanks.

no but, i have a job, and have had a job since i was 15. i dont get given money from my parents and i dont get any EMA. People should be forced to get a job, having EMA puts you at a disadvantage because who are they gonna pick when it comes to employment? someone who has exactly the same grades with job experience, or no experience?UGH. It's not my problem that MY FAMILY are not AS RICH as YOURS.

If that's your opinion then yes. But I wasn't stating that anyone on this forum did so!
I'm guessing you mean by Matts post?UGH. It's not my problem that MY FAMILY are not AS RICH as YOURS.

Anyone know when O2 are releasing prices etc?
So you're parents don't buy you anything? I really, really doubt that. EMA gives the poorer children, who lets face it often go down wrong paths, e.g. Drugs and Drink, an incentive to do well at school and to stay on at school. I agree EVERYONE should get some sort of money, at least £10. But when people like the above start spewing crap that it should be scrapped just because they don't get any, I really don't care, they don't deserve it with that sort of attitude.no but, i have a job, and have had a job since i was 15. i dont get given money from my parents and i dont get any EMA.
