This reminds me of the April Fools joke Nintendo played (or someone played using Nintendo) where they proposed adding a DS screen to the side. Quite alot of people took it seriously

There were rumours that the Wii would be Nintendo's last console, which makes no sense. Nintendo definitely need to think about going HD in the next console, and maintaining backwards compatibility for the Wii and maybe the GameCube. Other than that, Nintendo will just remain the under dog that does things right while Microsoft and Sony battle it out

Sort of agree with this. It helped explode gaming, but it'll never be as good as Microsoft and Sony. I also don't see how people are excited for the new games announced for the Wii, they all look like games that have already been made for it, just with new scenery. Goldeneye was the only one I thought was different, and even then it looked crap

Nintendo's conferences have been appalling in the past few years. Yesterday I think Microsofts was appalling. Sony needs to ramp up their game to defeat Nintendo's conference.

It will never match MS or Sony?.....Yeh because Mario Galaxy 2 isn't the highest rated game of all time......Just because you don't like it it doesn't make it bad. I don't like Halo but I still appreciate that it's a decent well made game. The thing is Nintendo always mix up their New Mario and Zelda games and typically you will only get one 3D Mario (Apart from Wii which has two) and two Zelda's per console. Its hardly like other popular Genres such as Call of Duty or Guitar Hero where they release a new one every year is it?

Agreed. They really need to be careful and need to have some killer titles up their sleeve.
