If it isn't listed on the official fansites page then it isn't an official fansite. Simple as that. (http://www.habbo.com/groups/officialfansites) Those that got banned for saying stuff like that probably was banned for something they had done earlier, I don't know and I don't care. If even it is a silly reason, appeal it, it does you no good to fight back with the moderators, and won't help you get your account back.

They've had years of notification, everyone knew before hand that advertising isn't allowed on .com. It says on .com no advertising, is all I know.

Oh I must have wrong HabboTimes - sorry I googled it. That fansite page is .com. All the other fansite pages are now missing from all the other hotels and nobody has said that .com are now the official fansites, have they? Well if you don't care that habbo's have got banned for silly reasons that says it all. I don't agree with abusing the CFH either but lots of us have complained in other ways e.g. the survey. Again - years of notification? This is NOT .com. This is a new hotel. Nobody was informed of anything and quite honestly I don't actually think you know what's going on either.

Yeah, on Habbo USA, and as much as you try to deny the fact, the hotel is the remnant of USA, as has been stated over and over again in plenty of ways. Give it a few weeks.

Yes, guests, not members. And if memory serves, during a world cup event, Habbox lost to HabboTimes as worldwide favorite fansite.

But is it members? It doesn't actually state that? And if it is, it is obviously going to beat habbox.com on members because I don't think the public CAN make accounts for habbox.com?

And if they can, why would they? If habbox said people had to make accounts to see how Rare Values people would.

Be practical, all the articles and groups are .com originals. For the moment, US runs the new hotel, until changes are properly addressed, etc. The fansite on the group page are currently official, I won't get banned for advertising them, but that's only because they were from the old hotels, which yeah, is pretty unfair. If banned for silly reasons the player support team will happily unban you.

Years of notification as saying for years we'd get banned on .com for advertising an unofficial fansite, or any unaffiliated with Habbo Hotel.
You've gotta be voted official .com like the others were.

@Android, do you even know what HabboTimes is? You can see everything without being registered, pretty much. Despite the fact that it's 10:30 PM for them, that's a pretty good amount of members on.

I know perfectly well what it is. But as I ay can you even make an account on habbox? Notice the difference in the 'REGISTER' buttons - Habbox don't particularly want people to sign up to the main site (if they can)

Sorry I totally disagree with you. Why should .Com have preferential treatment in all this? They were Habbo CA which is just one of the hotels like the same as us. What I find difficult to comprehend is that you don't seem to see this or if you do have absolutely no empathy for what is in effect discrimination against all the hotels except CA. What you are basically saying 'I alright jack' doesn't matter about you. Good job it wasn't the UK domain that was chosen then.

This isn't the US hotel anymore though, it's officially the international hotel for English speakers. Sulake should have gotten all of this sorted before they decided to merge, the rules and regulations regarding advertising legitimate fan sites is really a grey area at the moment. You have to remember that .com isn't Habbo US anymore, users from all corners of the globe have the right to promote their own fan site whether it be official or not. I have no doubt they will rectify this soon enough.

I know it's a worldwide domain, as well as I know where Sulake is located. If UK were rated above it, they'd've kept more major UK staff imo.
