I also had a problem with the Alliance as someone else said, I understand why they are doing it, but the Daleks have always seen everything else as inferior, as have the Cybermen, so the idea of them rallying together seems weird.
Also to the person that said about the Judoon, I thought the exact same thing, but then when the Dalek was talking about how they all wanted to protect the universe, it made sense that the Judoon would want to be a part of that, considering they're space police.
