Obviously we understand there are some issues but what I am saying is that you can't possibly expect it to be to the standard as some professional radio stations, and I think a lot of people are drawing comparisons from what they listen to in real life and HabboxLive - which is simply not fair.

Yeah, I totally agree with you there...
People should NOT compare HxL with BBC Radio, I mean, BBC have thousands of pounds worth of broadcasting equipment, in no way should SAM-Broadcaster be compared to that...
Ever heard the saying of don't compare yourself to a celebrity to be perfect?
Don't compare a Habbox radio to BBC to be perfect then.

Maybe people are comparing habbox to professional radios such as radio 1 but common speaking over songs can be easily stopped, if djs who work for fansites can't keep their mouth shut during a song simply get a muzzle, thats my main problem, if they want to speak they can flick on a backing and tell their 'fans' what room to go to.

oh yeah, definately; what i was trying to say was that we have come to expect more from habbox than we are currently getting.
Of course it would be unfair to compare it to Galaxy or something, but the fact that some people do could suggests that some people have enjoyed it so much in the past that they are prepared to compare it now, i.e they think that habbox has been nearly as good as the pro stations in the past, me being one of them. I always used to pick habbox over the pro radios, but now im not (its probably because the radios in my area have improved aswell)
with the odd thing tweaking here and there, i certainly will tune in as i used to, and im sure lots of others will aswell.

But if u dont get to that standard (not saying you have to be top notch, but atleast offer something that they dont that isnt PARTIES IN HABBO YEH
), then what stops people listening to other, more proffesional radio stations?

People listen to Habbo Radios because they like the fun, Habbo based atmosphere they provide. 11 / 12 / 13 year olds and often older people prefer listening to HxL, CH etc because they offer that. Obviously we aim to provide a high standard of radio to our listeners and the new Feedback system is aimed at minimising the issues, such as the speaking over songs (which happens to be pretty much the only issue people are coming up with), so we do begin to provide a higher standard.

DJ Abc & DJ Jassie seem to be doing a fine job with 104 listeners at the moment!

I must stress though that there is no point expecting us to reach the standard of Radio 1 or Heart FM. I think some people have too high expectations of a Habbo Radio staffed by Habbo Users!
The problem here though Garion is one DJ has already said he has no intention of changing

And the comparison I made between the BBC and HxL is that they are both literally the biggest radio in their 'target markets', so getting DJs who have never DJ'd before is the same stupid idea lol
