Default From australia - Pim Verbeek (Head Coach)

The performance against Germany (if you can even call it a performance) was hopeless in every aspect; a lack of goals, creativity, strikers and forward thinking.

In the lead up to the match, I had abandoned by focus on Verbeek’s incompetence and turned to giving it my all to support the boys. I got up at 4:15am with great hope in my heart that the Socceroos could abandon the junk football played over the previous couple of years and play like they did under Guus again. But no, it was never to be.

The instant that I saw the starting line up on the screen I went, “bugger, there goes the game.” Not a single actual striker was starting! I then went on the think, “oh well, if we are parking the bus at least we won’t lose.” But I was wrong again, a goal down after seven minutes. That’s all it took, seven minutes to expose Verbeek’s severely flawed game plan. Then the goals rained in and in and in, I went to bed after the fourth goal. I just couldn’t bear it any more.

Australia was going to fail under Verbeek. But it just had to happen for Australian football to evolve. Hopefully FFA have learnt some big lessons from the worst and second worst Australian coaches of all time; Verbeek and Arnold respectively.

    Default Your Fired

I would fire Robert Green from England, as he just embarassed England in their opening match and if they want to be taken seriously this year they need to get their act together. This of course only being the first step to creating a good enough team, but i dont have time to point out what other problems they have.

England have no room for mistakes, they have waited so long and need to burry 1966 once and for all!!

    Default Raymond Domenech

    Raymond Domenech

he is the french team football manager, and as you can see there recent reuslts have not exactly been up to the standard that everyone was expecting.

another reason is that he sent NICOLAS ANELKA home after they had a disagreement and he should have forgiven him and given one of the best strikers in the wrold another chance. but no.

he always thinks about himself rather than the country and its pride so that is why i believe he should be sent home from the world cup.

    Emile heskey - England

Useless player, only good game he's had was against USA when he got the cheeky pass to gerrard other than that he couldn't hit a aircraft carrier if he was inside it.

Every single player on every single football team... for being paid too much for doing no work.

I would fire every footballer who has ever cheated on his Partner (which is about 2/3 of them) because I think it's unacceptable how they think they can do that and expect to be forgiven immediatly. Just because they get paid up to £120,000 a week does not mean that they are more important than everyone else and can just do whatever they want.

    Cristiano Ronaldo -
A genius on the football pitch but I nearly lost all my respect for him on the 2006 World Cup; getting his former United team-mate, Wayne Rooney sent off and cheekily winking at the team bench. His failure to stay loyal to Manchester United, who have made him grow to what he is now was also really disappointing, I wasn't shocked to see everyone booing him when he came back for another season.

I'll be branded a maniac for speakin' the truth and I'll be murdered as soon as I hit the streets with the proof.
