I'm with Virgin Media, been with them ever since the days of Cable & Wireless > NTL and now VM. The reasons we are still with them today is because we get good service, packages and the support hasn't been that bad really. We are currently on the XL package I think? We have a V+ box so we can record and what not and we have the 20mb broadband package, so we can surf the internet with ease!

Nothing really wrong with Virgin Media if you are in a cable area! Never been a big issue for us.

my broadband is reliable, quick and yeah just good compared to a sky broadband i used at someone else's house, supposed to get 20mb and they got 4. whereas i get what i am paying for.
This is for me as well. We had NTL, brief period with sky then Virgin when the name changed. Support has been really good for the odd time we need to make a query, we have 3 Virgin boxes (2 v+ 1 normal) and if they break, Virgin come to replace/repair.

Can't complain at 20 mb broadband, best phone package and best TV package along with 3 boxes for £90 a month.

I much prefer Sky. Their sole service is just Sky, whereas Virgin provide other services, so Virgin Media won't always be priority.

Virgin media boxes are slow compared to Sky's. It takes ages to scroll through and change channels.

I seriously reccoment Virgin Media :S I've never had any real problems with it on On Demand - Free songs on XL and Catch Up is great for me
