I know how to do change cases, LED's but I'm just too lazy. I've flashed 360's before for friends, I had one myself but it got RROD.

I most definitely will, the downside is I'm not doing it until I get back from Spain, which will be around August 27th. But then I need to buy some DVDs so probably within the first week of September.

Afraid not, that would require a JTag, I won't have a modded X-Box, I will just be installing a modded disc to my harddrive.
