I have made £230 in like two weeks towards it and i get £80 spends a month anyway and im getting my £150 birthday money early so i'm on track on getting one

- £150 Birthday Money
- £150 I got from selling my iPhone 3G
- £100 Savings from my dad
- £30 Saved up myself.

- Can you use an iPad on an plane?
- How many GB will a full series of Doctor Who take up?
- Is their an waiting list for them because i need it for september.

My local bestbuy just got an iPad in (we don't have an Apple store). I'm contemplating between buying either an iPad or MacBook when I can afford one. I want to know how long my N1 will last if I tether to the iPad.

How good is the battery life of a MacBook compared to that of an iPad, though. That and the price difference is what's making me question what to get.

My MacBook was in the "6-hour" generation of MacBooks and I manage to get 5 1/2 hours, I don't see why you couldn't get close to the advertised 10 with a MB nowadays.
