I haven't been on Habbox values for over a week now. I use my own judgement most of the time

What i tend to do is look at habbox values and see if the furni has risen or decreased recently and also the market place and try to get an average from both.

off topic: I think that habbox should just use credit values on rare items with the price of the Club Sofa (HC Sofa) being so low, but on the super items worth 1T or more having credit and Throne values ... just my opinion obviously - but is something which i beieve could be considered and looked at.

Everything is updated, the Club sofa change has ensured anyway that every rare has been updated and rechecked - I also go over the values often and compare them to marketplace prices to make sure they are in sync, if they are out of sync then i'll check reports and look myself in trade rooms.

All of the following were updated yesterday and the vast majority (like 98%) changed values, this is ontop of the daily updates to the values.

They are shown as increased because at the same time the Club sofa value was updated - so many rares did decrease yesterday in credit value but look as though they have increased because of the CS-Credit ratio which is now at 3 C per Club sofa. For example (hypothetical although did actually occur in updates yesterday, same rare aswell);

Gold Plasma Gate was 160 C which was 40 CS.
Gold Plasma Gate dropped to 150 C which is 50 CS.

It has dropped, but does not appear so - the same goes for most rares on Habbox yesterday. Think before you attack.

I have tended to sell via the marketplace, reason being is I sometimes put items on a high price, and they sell because people get desperate and its a fast way of selling or buying. I have rarely ever bought from the marketplace though, as it is overpriced . If I was to buy rares, I go buy Habbox prices, or the values that I find when seeing other trades.

I suppose habbox are having a difficult time reporting and making their values accurate because the merge is still have a slight effect on the rares/supers. But in time once the rares and supers have settled habbox will become more accurate again.

To be honest i've never trusted habbox values, im not been mean or accusing any of the staff of anything but from people who have previously worked here say that the staff vary the prizes depending on their furniture.

I know i am Bias, but this is wrong tbh. I've owned blue lasers, white pillows etc that all did shocking in the merge, i decreased these values when i still have like 20 white pillows and 10 blue lasers left. The rumours of rigging values will never go but i can hand on heart say i have never done anything to the values to benefit me. Cos tbh i don't care if what i buy/sell goes up of down, as long as i push for a good deal at the time.

The stuff about rigging is probs because most rv staff are 'rich' and people think this is because the values are rigged, this simply isn't the case. If you have loads of information at you hands about this you become an expert at it. You see a certain rare starting to drop so if you have any of them you'll naturally sell, same with buying etc.

Frost Dragon habbox value - 150c.
One currently on marketplace - 111c.

I find it hard to believe this just wasn't updated, given it was increased!

I used to use Habbox, but now I go by the market because that's what most people go by these days.
